Namaskar again,

December 2007 too, was a beautiful month for all the children of Sunrise! We ended that year with a multicultural presentation of our children from different countries and cultural background. I wrote a Christmas play for them to enact in front of their parents. I wrote that a Magical Fairy be the main character of the play instead of a Santa Claus to fit our multicultural setting. It was fun and beautifully enacted by all the children. The parents were all so delighted to see their kids performing with self-esteem and confidence. By Baba´s grace, I finished sewing all the costumes of the children on time!

Namaskar !

November 2007 was a month of full of Babaś grace. We had a successful Open Day, wherein our school was open to the public for visiting and seeing the children´s art work. The parents of the children with their aunts, uncle, grandparents and many other visitors came to see the school and the kids artwork.

After that Open Day, the Social Office Inspector came to inspect the school. She was very pleased that we have fulfilled all the requirements which the City demanded few months before. She was enthusiastic to see the school after 6 months and to go around in all the classrooms of the kindergarten and was very happy looking at the children´s artwork. The children were following her around on those rooms pointing and telling her that they have made those crafts in the school. She was fascinated by the children’s friendliness and politeness towards her. After that, we got several children enrolled in Sunrise.
