Ananda Marga Participated in Asia - Europe Forum 6 in Helsinki

Namaskar everyone,

I would like to share some recent news here from Helsinki, Finland.Asia-Europe People's Forum 6 in Helsinki, Finland was held from 4 -6 of September. The total number of delegates from Asia and Europe who participated was 440. So far, it is considered to be the largest international forum ever held in Helsinki.

I was invited as an Asian speaker from Ananda Marga. I gave a presentation on Meditation Promotes World Peace. There were 30 people who attended my class. After the presentation was over , some of the participants asked me if I had some materials to learn meditation. I told them that I don’t have but I can teach them to meditate.

So, I teach them a simple meditation with Baba Nam Kevalam Mantra. And those who were watching my lecture outside, from the glass wall of the room, also entered inside and joined the meditation. So, in the end, there were 50 people meditating in that room. I felt so happy internally to see them meditating even just for 5 minutes!

After my class, a journalist from one radio station in Helsinki, who also attended my lecture, asked me for an interview.
